Return Policy

At ClearVyzr, we stand behind our product and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we make returns simple and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Opened items are accepted as long as they meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in new condition

• Original packaging must be included

• A return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

• You must obtain a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending anything back

Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return (RMA)

To start your return, email us at:

Include:

• Your order number

• Reason for return

• Photos of the item (if applicable)

We’ll review your request and send you an RMA number along with a prepaid return label if approved.

Free Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label. You’ll simply need to package the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items returned without a valid RMA

• Used or damaged items

• Products missing parts or packaging

• Returns requested after 30 days

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift Cards
